Megan Bliss joins Hot Feet Yoga as a team member who has spent 30+ years learning how to care for and move her body in ways that inspire herself and others. Not only physically, but intellectually and spiritually as well.

Her journey of body mechanics and self-discovery has included working as a certified personal trainer and aerobics fitness instructor. Megan also spent two years teaching as an adjunct physical education professor at Pierce College where she led Hip hop dance and Zumba courses. Finding a Ballet inspired workout, such as Barre, has been a recent addition to Megan’s portfolio where she is able to combine the soul food of dance with the strength that exercise yields. Megan is eager to begin teaching in September of 2017 at Hot Feet

One of her greatest passions in life, is to inspire others in positive ways
by teaching how to physically care for oneself.
