Is yoga really that hard? Can it help me lose weight, or tone up, or get healthier? The answer is YES to all of these questions. I often have people come into the studio that say, "I can't do yoga, I'm not flexible, or I don't think it will help me reach my goals." These statements really get me excited and chomping at the bit to share how amazing yoga is for the body. It has helped me heal from past surgeries, reduce stress, decrease body fat, tone my arms and legs, and I could go on and on. Yoga is for everybody, and every body!
