Yoga Basics


Do you find yoga intimating? Worried you will embarrass yourself in a traditional class setting? Than have no fear Hot Feet Fitness is offering a free yoga basics class Saturday mornings at 11am. Come learn the basics of the exercise and even practice a few poses with the amazing instructors.

This class is designed as an introduction to a yoga practice. Class is slower paced than an all-levels flow, and focuses on developing clear and safe alignment in foundational poses. Come to learn, play, and maybe even break a sweat in a supportive environment. You don’t need to be able to touch your toes; you just have to be willing to try.
