What is BarreTwist?

Hot Feet is pleased to offer a new and exciting type of barre class that fuses together elements of barre, HIIT, yoga and more into one power packed and heated cardio class. This is an energizing and targeted workout and students will use the barre and exercise equipment such as mini-balls and small hand weights to sculpt, slim and stretch their entire body.
